Internal Auditor

Duties:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls
Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate them
Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity
Perform testing of internal controls and document results
Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and implement best practices
Stay uptodate with industry regulations and changes in accounting standards

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial services regulations
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
