Facebook Marketplace Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Facebook Marketplace Sales Administrator.

As the main point of contact for our Facebook Marketplace advertisements, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for posting and managing our device listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that our advertisements are priced competitively and accurately represented.

Responsibilities:

Take highquality photos of our devices
Price the devices for sale on Facebook Marketplace
Write clear and accurate descriptions for each device
Upload the photos and descriptions to our Facebook Marketplace advertisements
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Ensure that all advertisements are uptodate and accurately represented

Requirements:

Salesoriented mindset with a proven track record of success
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical knowledge of phones and other devices
Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate information to customers
Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online sales platforms
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
