The dedicated
Accessory / Kitting Program Manager is the key person to ensure that the OEM kitting programs are handled in a professional and efficient manner.

He/She is the pivotal person responsible for ensuring that the customers program goals are met via constant communication and teamwork with the customers, the production facility, and the Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:

Build strong business partnerships with all OEM customers.
The primary contact between OEM stakeholders and the production facility.
Order & monitor the tire and component requirements to fulfill the dealer orders.
Create & maintain spreadsheets for each OEM detailing all required information for their kitting program such as current inventory, shipments, etc.
Create & maintain the data base of all necessary components and tires to produce wheel assemblies.
Resolve billing issues with Finance.
Coordinate daily with Production Manager on assembly requirements per OEM.
Maintain assembly or component pricing in program management system.
Track daily orders, billing, and shipments for each program.
Invoice labour & storage fees for OEM programs.
Address and resolve all customer concerns or issues.

These responsibilities can be performed from any office across Canada (Montreal, Longueuil, L'Assomption, Mississauga, Burlington, Edmonton or Burnaby)
