This role requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency and accountability, a deep understanding of our brand, and the ability to work closely with our styling and production teams to meet daily shoot/upload quotas.

How will you support the team?

Offfigure stylist for clothing and accessories.
Support in the styling workflow such as sample organization, rack setup, steaming / prep, data entry and scanning of products; retagging samples; following styling document prepared by Stylist Liaison.
Upload eCommerce offfigure photos and eCommerce videos online and ensure backups are loaded onto company servers.
Assist in the reception of all photoshoot clothing and accessory samples.
Support the studio team with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

Qualifications The people who thrive with us have**:

Bachelor's degree or related experience
12 years' offfigure, high volume, eCommerce assisting experience
A passion for the art of styling
The ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
