Job Purpose:


The Product Manager leads the ELNA Digital Product Portfolio, which includes existing and new digital solutions being implemented within our company network.

The role supports the definition of the product vision and strategy and works closely with the development, operations, and executive team to deliver "best in class" healthcare solutions.

This position requires someone with a deep understanding of Digital Product Management and a pulse of what's going on in the healthcare industry in Canada.

This role is Hybrid

Travel is required to clinics and external vendors and partners.


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Lead the ELNA Digital Product portfolio, which includes the ELNA Mobile APP, Kiosks, AI Solutions and EMRs
  • Develop and manage digital solutions, maintaining the roadmap, driving the execution, while keeping a strong emphasis on privacy, security, and compliance
  • Working closely with the operational and technology teams, assess clinical and operational workflows and identify areas for improvement, leveraging digital technologies
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate tomarketplans
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Align stakeholders around the product vision and lead the execution against it
  • Identify and develop longterm product roadmap, release cadence and upgrades
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to lead the team in delivering on prioritized set of products and feature adjustments
  • Create customer journey maps to validate customer needs and requirements and articulate them clearly to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Working with the development team, translate the findings from market and competitive research into a list of product requirements epics, stories, features
  • Assist the Product Owners to prioritize the work in the backlog against clear outcomeoriented goals
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to move from "MVP" to operational solution
  • Manage external thirdparty developers
  • Run beta and pilot programs with earlystage product samples
  • Lead meetings, document discussion and monitor assigned tasks, leveraging project management tools

Knowledge, skills, and experience:


  • College diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of experience and education
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching digital solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong technical background with an understanding and/or handson experience in software development
  • Experience with web, native mobile and PWA product management
  • Experience leading the development of new digital solutions, from discovery to implementation
  • Sound understanding of the medical regulatory environments in various provinces
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication
  • Excellent presentation skills, including presenting to executive team members
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority

Context and Environment:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and complex technical environment that requires attention to detail. The ability to sit at a computer, view a computer monitor, and lead virtual meetings for extended periods. May be required to work unconventional hours, weekends, holidays, late nights, or early mornings. Able to employ professionalism, patience, and self-control in handling high-stress situations. Will require occasional travel to the clinics, including travel to various cities in Canada. Must be able to pass both internal and government mandated security screenings.
