The Order Fulfillment Analyst owns the inventory strategies for specific Wholesale and International markets.

Ensures Customer's journey from submission of Purchase Order (PO) to delivery goes above and beyond expectations; managing within internal constraints and focusing on cost-effectiveness; ensures customer needs are effectively communicated in systems and across Pure Sunfarms.

This role plays a key part in connecting the various teams across Planning, Commercial and Supply Chain by providing timelines, insights, and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Order Processing, Tracking & Shipping

Receive, entry and review and process customer's orders through various channels and verify order details such as product, quantity, pricing, and shipping information
Identify Timelines for shipping to be within scope of Customs and Health Authorities
Highlight any revenue opportunities and risk based on customer terms for shipping
Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure ontime delivery
Communicate order status to customers and resolve any issues or delays that may arise

Inventory Management

Make to Stock (MTS) inventory allocation to POs or Wholesale commitments
Review short term forecasts, to support instock targets and make recommendations where needed to customers and the International Sales Team

Collaboration

Works closely with Logistics, Planning and Order Fulfilment to ensure on time deliveries to support external scorecard and KPIs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Planning, Commercial, Supply Chain, Production to support on potential adhoc replenishment projects, implement enhancements and streamline operations
Communicate execution plans to Supply Chain team to ensure success of delivery to customer
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Order Fulfilment process

Our plants and processes require in-person care and attention to ensure we're bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers.

This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.

This role is on-site, which requires you to work in Pure Sunfarms facility at all times in an operating role or directly supporting operations.

YOUR BRAND, YOUR STORY

We already know you are passionate about strategizing through trends and analyses as well as building relationships, but we want to know more about your story and experiences.

You're good at the following:

Postsecondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
2+ of expertise in supply chain planning and experience working and collaborating with Planning and Supply Chain professionals, ideally in a similar role
Solid experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Relevant handson experience with scenario planning
Selfstarter, who works independently, takes responsibility and demonstrates integrity
Thrive in fast paced, ever changing environments
Strong communication capabilities that enable change, problem resolution, mediation, and the ability to successfully work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic thinking with tactical activities

Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance.
