What can you expect in this role?

Work collaboratively with claims partners to identify and evaluate team performance
Create and deliver coaching and training designed to drive productivity and enhance the customer experience
Develop and deliver group and individualized training programs Nationally both virtually and in person
Conduct need analyses with staff to better identify skill gaps to assist in the creation of individual and group coaching / training needs
Provide regular coaching to both inside and outside claims team members
Provide regular performance feedback and action plan recommendationsto leaders
Review and reflect on post training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training content and recommend updates, as necessary
Work closely with learning & development partners to create content which allows for the transfer of skills and knowledge necessary to meet the property line goals and objectives

What do you bring to the role?

Minimum 35 years of claims adjusting experience
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Effective communication (written and verbal), analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience coaching and training adult learners
Ability to effectively present in live and webinar training environments
Highly selfmotivated and directed
Demonstrated collaborative skills and an openness to feedback
Ability to perform well in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
Team player adaptable to a changing environment
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
Experience in Instructional Design is considered an asset
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and course design is considered an asset
University degree or 2year college diploma in one of the following programs is considered an asset: Insurance, Law & Security, Loss Control or Business Administration, Architectural Technology and/or the CIP designation
