Responsibilities:
Cost Control:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control processes and procedures.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecast future costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify costsaving opportunities.
Schedule Updates:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industrystandard scheduling tools (Primavera P6)
- Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and milestones.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure schedule adherence.
Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential conflicts and proactively address coordination issues.
- Assist in the resolution of projectrelated challenges through effective collaboration.
Reporting:
- Generate and present regular project controls reports to management.
- Provide analysis and insights on project performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status.
Qualifications:
- Ideally have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project controls, cost control, and schedule management for civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience:
- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
