Responsibilities:


Cost Control:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain cost control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecast future costs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify costsaving opportunities.

Schedule Updates:


  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industrystandard scheduling tools (Primavera P6)
  • Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and milestones.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure schedule adherence.

Coordination:


  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential conflicts and proactively address coordination issues.
  • Assist in the resolution of projectrelated challenges through effective collaboration.

Reporting:


  • Generate and present regular project controls reports to management.
  • Provide analysis and insights on project performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status.

Qualifications:


  • Ideally have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project controls, cost control, and schedule management for civil engineering projects.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:


  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)
