Job Description:
We are looking for a Administration Service Specialist
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Medical Underwriting, the Administration Service Specialist is responsible for administrative and supportive duties for the department.
What you will do
- Open, sort, process and audit incoming documents and outgoing mail (scanning, indexing, quality checks, etc.)
- Liaise with internal/external contacts to confirm or obtain information
- Send out customer letters
- Process orders and invoices for 3rd party service providers
- Maintain inventory of department supplies
What you will bring
- Post-Secondary education level or equivalent
- Two years of work experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of organization
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with data entry is an asset
- Well versed and easily adaptable to new computer software such as inhouse data management systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
