They're an energetic, analytic, curious change-maker who supports Greenwin's award-winning Marketing and Communications team with strong organizational and planning skills to help move the company forward and make an impact on strategic initiatives.

From supporting our online communities, including our customer services initiatives, to driving marketing ROI through the coordination and tracking of digital marketing campaigns, this role leverages our existing customer engagement tools to enhance and optimize the lead-to-lease experience and our overall digital footprint.


What you'll get to do:


  • Support all marketingrelated functions within our digital environment (corporate website, microsites, Wordpress, Survey Monkey, Brandwatch, Canva, etc.) and nondigital environment (signage, notices, marketing collateral, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Greenwin's social media team's activities
  • Ensure accuracy of Google My Business pages and social media channels
  • Boost brand presence on digital recruitment platforms, including Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor brand's reputation across all communities using social listening tools; field inquiries to appropriate departments and respond in real time
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Leasing Manager on paid advertising and social media campaigns
  • Research, compile, analyze and consolidate data, from various databases, for internal and external partners
  • Coordinate crossfunctional team meetings and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals among all key stakeholders; distribute minutes
  • Review and coordinate changes to marketing materials with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the Marketing team with planning and execution of events
  • Conduct market surveys and mystery shops as required

Who you are:


  • Experience in a client service role or in a marketing/communications function
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online design tools such as Canva
  • Knowledge of core marketing and media channels (Digital, Social, Mass, CRM)
  • Google AdWords including SEO/SEM/PPC
  • Experience working on multichannel marketing campaigns and working with agencies
  • Digitalforward thinker who is customerfocused
  • Highly organized and detailoriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure they adhere to timelines
  • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison, work effectively, and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Willing to travel to support regional activations as needed
  • Nontraditional work hours when necessary (for events, launch parties, etc.)
