CRM Techincal Lead - Microsoft Dynamics


What is the opportunity?


In this role, you will work in close coordination with the team to develop, execute and deliver on all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and enhancements.

In addition, you will plan, track and achieve against goals and objectives to improve operational effectiveness and create sustainable value creation for the CRM user base.


What will you do?

  • Determines what Microsoft Dynamics Developments bring value to Investor Services.
  • Design Solutions working with T&O and other partners based on business requirements.
  • Oversees Microsoft Dynamics support, testing, and releases
  • Execution of solution configuration and development
  • Work with teams to develop business requirements acting as SME providing guidance to ensure optimal efficiency of proposed solutions.
  • Work with members of Client Success, Business Development and Client Operations teams to ensure that the initiatives and projects being delivered are of a high standard and quality
  • Leads business issue support and resolution
  • Develop close working relationship with Microsoft team
  • Enhance and streamline our businesses processes across our platform to be more responsive to immediate business needs
  • Business Case estimation and oversight of costs.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / CRM products
  • Understanding of landscape of CRM solutions
  • Strong team player and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across a global business with a solutionoriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills
