Customer Service Assistant - Toronto, Canada - Savaria
Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering all incoming calls and directly handling service inquiries with effective trouble shooting of issues and next steps
- Working well with team members to book service, order and price parts, communicate accurately and in a timely fashion to the customer
- Enter all data correctly for inquiries and organize daily, weekly and monthly routines
- Provide support to remote offices for administrative tasks, warranty registration and paperwork
- Organize, dispatch and follow up for deliveries and receiving
- Communicate with internal team members and customers in a pleasant and trustworthy manner at all times
- Greet walkin customers warmly and professionally, supporting the sales team as needed
- Work the service technicians to organize and manage maintenance and repair calendars
- Work with suppliers to secure pricing and shipment information
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks, filing, reports and metrics
- Provide handson support for showroom tidiness, marketing materials organization and waiting room areas
- College diploma and 2 years full time work experience in customer service or administrative support
- Enthusiastic, positive personality who likes to play on a team
- Microsoft Office/ Google sheets proficient
- Excel especially
- Quickbooks experience a big asset
- Technology savvy able to use cloud systems, reduce use of paper for more efficient processes
- Exceptional English communication skills verbal and written
- Able to stay calm and focused in a face paced environment, or with customer complaints/problem resolution
5 days a week on site only, this position is not hybrid.
You should OWN a car for this position to commute to the office in north Etobicoke.
Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
