Facility Maintenance Supervisor at our
Oshawa, ON site.

Responsibilities

Execute the required strategic initiatives as outlined in the Shop Business Plan;
Ensure Daily work orders are completed ontime and safely;
Conduct maintenance audits and monitor inventory of materials and equipment;
Ensure timely execution of all required training;
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations;
Everyday coaching to engage team and develop ownership for sustainable targets achievements;
Promote and enhance a positive labour management relationship including efforts to continuously improve teamwork and establish high levels of employee involvement;
Understand and achieve all required targets for safety, customer satisfaction, and financial and operating performance;
Ensure the customer's value proposition is clearly understood by the onsite team and that the level of customer satisfaction is validated in the customer's KPI's;
Promote the use of experiments and trials to continually improve how to deliver services safely and efficiently;
Perform specific assignments as directed by the Area or Site Manager.

Qualifications

A minimum of two (2) years of facility maintenance experience;
Proven ability to lead and participate in a dynamic fastpaced teambased environment;
Strong technical knowledge;
Demonstrated problemsolving, organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts;
Ability to work independently and cope with conflicting demands in short time periods;
Computer proficiency in Google programs.
