We have a great opportunity for a Manager, System Integrity and Governance role in the Integrity team.

This role will be responsible for various strategic, technical and financial decisions and governance spanning the entire Integrity Department.

The role will provide governance support on different Integrity matters, prepare and present financial and technical material to senior management, develop and regularly communicate plans with various stakeholders across GDS and Enbridge.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead decisions related to the Integrity Department's strategic goals and objectives, in line with GDS' priorities and with applicable Integrated Management System programs. These include reviewing and approving different Integrity deliverables, ensuring alignment in work prioritization and approach between different Integrity functions, and providing governance over different Integrity functions and deliverables.
  • Provide financial governance across all Integrity Management areas (O&M and Capital) to ensure proper allocation, tracking, justification and communication.
  • Develop and lead the communication strategy for the Integrity Department to support the Director of Integrity and Enbridge Senior Leadership.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships at different levels in the organization by gathering necessary inputs (e.g., from the regions), adjusting internal strategy and plans when applicable, and communicating decisions/adjustments on a timely basis. Stakeholders include Finance, Regulatory, Engineering, Engineering Execution, Operations, Asset Management, Gas Control, other Business Units.
  • Support related Integrity initiatives and approvals, as required, and lead certain joint Business Unit Integrity initiatives on behalf of GDS.
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance expertise within the team, improve financial acumen, and align decisionmaking practices.
  • Manage and/or support contractual relationships with key contractors and consultants for the Integrity department.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

  • Engineering degree with a P. Eng. designation in Ontario or within Canadian jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Integrity, Financial Management, and/or Operations.
  • Strong collaboration, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate others with a focus on relationship-building and decision-making excellence.
  • Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and respond to technical and/or financial inquiries and challenges.
  • Ability to effectively develop detailed knowledge of codes and standards, regulations, and company policies, procedures and practices.

Working Conditions:

  • This role will need some travelling (around 25%). Valid G license and responsible driving record is required.
