As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
You're flexible, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and people-savvy. You know your way around basic office software and have experience with core administrative functions like payroll and scheduling.Description:

Required Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Able to work with Payroll (e-People/ESP), Oracle, RMS system and Collective Agreements. Two years' experience in an administrative position that directly supports management staff is preferred. Completion of some post-secondary (e.g. course(s) in office or business administration, medical office assistant).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of internal AHS administrative processes (e.g ordering, procurement, IT and IAM requests, iExpense, e-facility requests, Netcare).
Exceptional communication skills ,self-directed with strong interpersonal skills and showing willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and changes.
