We are currently seeking Transition Assistants to join a growing and exceptional team You will provide administrative support and coordination activities for new advisory teams joining the firm across Ontario.
What will you do?:
- Process account openings, including preparing the documentation and obtaining client signatures
- Track all aspects of account opening process
- Complete daily requests and reports as required
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
- Utilize contact management system for everyday task management
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English
- Autonomous, committed, and motivated spirit
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various branches across Ontario
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the securities industry or financial services sector
