POSITION:
Hospitality Intern

COMPANY:
Ulto Property Group Inc.

Canadian Real Estate Development Firm is currently developing two hotels/residences in Downtown Toronto, Canada and looking for a Hospitality Intern or Graduate to assist with operations and administration.

Their duties will include:

Daytoday Administration and Reservations
Checkout and Inspect Rooms for Damage, Stolen Items, Lost Luggage, Lost Cards
Manage guest requests
Reputation/Review Management
General Phone Calls, Courtesy Calls, and Helpdesk
Respond and Followup with Reservation Inquiry Phone Calls
Organize/update Knowledgebase, SOP, P&P, Training Manual, Templates, Scripts
Assist with and Inspect Housekeeping and Engineering departments to maintain standards

- advising and developing on Standard Operating Procedures;
- evaluating and procuring from various suppliers;

Inventory Management and implementing inventory control for units;
Implementing new rate structures;

- ability to lift 25lbs to 50lbs

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to speak English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese a plus.
Experience with handson work a plus
Must be comfortable working in a startup environment

Salary:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour
