Deployment, Process & Implementations (DPI) Intern

We're searching for folks that like to be hands-on and dive into the technical... Please note, this is a 6 month full-time contract from start date, with a strong possibility of extension.

WHO YOU ARE:

You can comfortbaly use software tools like Zendesk, Google Suite, MS Office, Confluence, and JIRA
You have an eye for detail.
You are technically savvy and enjoy the thought of working with a computer (familiarity with Linux is a bonus)
You are selfmotivated and like knowing that you are having an impact.
You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink's own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Ensure that the completed installation delights the customer.
Setting ROI of alarm cameras within the Solink platform.
Assist technicians with walkthroughs of cameras and validate install placements.
Run through the prescribed Quality Assurance (QA) process for each location that has the Solink system installed, in order to ensure a perfect operating environment
Communicate through the appropriate processes to ensure that all parties are informed about the status of an installation after a tech visit and any outstanding work to be completed.
