Mann-Northway Auto Source is looking for an experienced

Accounting Sales Administrator to join our growing team We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of administrative support. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who choose Mann-Northway as well as managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

Please note this is a full-time position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday

Your Day to Day:

Filing, electronic filing, scanning, & tracking documents
Posting deal sales into accounting
Daily and monthly administrative and accounting tasks
Support with various accounting and administrative tasks on an asneeded basis

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 1 year accounting experience required
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, document templates etc.) and ablility to quickly adapt to new technologies
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask in a highvolume, fastpaced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
