_What you will deliver:
_


  • Provide technical support for solutions, as per addendum
  • Conduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Manage incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide reporting to company stakeholders
  • Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies

OKTA specific deliverables

  • Technical administration of the OKTA Platform
  • Managing an Incident queue for OKTA related issues and providing assistant to clients
  • Proposing, developing, testing, and implementing OKTA Workflows
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications to the OKTA environment.
  • Managing updates and changes following standard Change Management processes

_What you need to succeed:
_


  • Postsecondary education in Computer Science or related field

Knowledge of the following related to Okta are essential:

  • Previous experience with HR System integrations to OKTA
  • Previous experience with SAML and OpenID Connect Single Sign-On integrations
  • Active Directory Knowledge
  • Experience with BMC Remedyforce and Salesforce
  • Powershell and related scripting experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Change Management processes
