Position Summary and Scope of Service

Amant, the Staffing Clerk is a critical role in ensuring the success of St.
Amant business and operations.

Amant, the Staffing Clerk works collaboratively with partnered programs while offering employees and families respectful customer service.


The Autism Staffing Clerk is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to Autism Programs in accordance with the mission and values and the policies and procedures for this service.


Qualifications
:


Educational
:


  • Grade XII diploma or certificate
  • Postsecondary education with a focus on Human Resource Management is an asset; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of the HRIS Scheduling software system an asset

Professional
:


  • Minimum of two years' previous experience working as a staffing clerk, preferably in a health care setting
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in the use of the full range of modern office equipment
  • Experience working with HRIS scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in order to provide a family/person centered approach and support to our team members
  • Experience in performing a wide range of administrative/secretarial tasks
  • Experience in managing large volumes of accurate schedules
  • Experience in creating and maintaining workflow templates and forms for scheduling areas
  • Experience working with employees and managers in an effective and professional manner
