Job Title:
Part-Time Mobile Property Manager - Montreal, QC

Job Specifics:

Location:
Hybrid - Must be able to travel on site as well as work virtually

Salary: 25-35$/hr


Hours:
Part time with potential to transition into full time


Must have a license and vehicle

Location:
Montreal, QC and Greater Montreal Area


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations and handle tenant inquiries professionally.
  • Conduct property inspections, complete forms, and capture images.
  • Source contractors for maintenance, promptly resolving tenant issues.
  • Other associated tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous real estate industry experience is ideal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Must have a vehicle and be able to arrive onsite.
