Responsibilities:


  • As an Assistant Manager, you participate in the achievement of company objectives in terms of budgets and operations.
  • You are responsible for training and leading a team in an efficient and dynamic manner in order to offer topquality products and services while building customer loyalty.
  • You supervise kitchen staff to ensure that standards of quality, quantity, presentation, hygiene, health and safety are properly respected.
  • You must also see to it that counter service and fast, personalized delivery are maintained.
  • As the Manager's righthand man, your position requires very tight control over the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment and the restaurant.

Requirements:


  • Management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Have leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Have a sense of responsibility and be able to take initiative
  • Have good judgment and a good resistance to stress

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed
