Job Summary:


The Manager, Partner Strategy, for E15 will spearhead the delivery of analytics and insights to our operators and partners at a specific venue or sector.

In this role, the Manager is responsible for working with our Levy Canada Operations teams to set the strategy for the deployment and focus of analytics insights across a venue or sector.

Now, if you were to come on board as our
Manager, Partner Strategy E15, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Implement and analyze key parts of the venue or sector business
  • Identify and support the data structure and strategy needed to import available transaction data for our venues.
  • Develop and deploy optimal pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium points of distribution
  • Develop reporting (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end use. Analyze and build optimal solutions around variable labor
  • Leverage available artificial intelligence, consumer insights, and emerging technology tools to drive guest experience and profitability
  • Help support various organizational programs and initiatives such as supporting sales and retention efforts, performing ad hoc analyses, optimizing group sales strategy, and more
  • Be E15's PSA sector lead to share best practices across the vertical for our operators and partners. Communicate the E15/E15 PSA value proposition to our partners and operators; develop findings to send back to corporate
  • Support new business efforts through the creation of case studies and ROI modeling
  • Emanate personal and professional standards of behavior, analysis, and deliverables
  • Liaise with key Levy department heads to drive processes and tools that advance strategic and enterprisewide initiatives including internship development, recruiting support, culture committee, etc.

Here's how we'll know you are the best fit:


  • Undergraduate or master's degree in business strategy, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role
  • 35 years of experience in quantitative, analytical and/or clientfacing businesses
  • Communicating complex ideas to nontechnical audiences and Using data to solve complex problems. Using SQL, R, Python, and/or Tableau for data analysis
  • Hospitality, Sports, and/or Retail knowledge/experience a plus
