Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading the project turn over from Estimating to Operations and for ensuring that the Project Budgets are developed from the estimate and information is delivered to the project staff in a timely manner.

How will you contribute to the team?

Prepare detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction) and/or prepare accurate preliminary construction budgets to include subcontractor scopes, bid analysis and final proposal presentation to the Client.
Participate in Business Development activities by initiating and maintaining positive working relationships with Clients, Designers, Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors, Vendors and other project team members.
Play a key role in securing new work by participating in RFP responses, proposals and presentations.
Assist in securing new work by participating in RFP responses, proposals and presentations.
As part of the team, prepare and review detailed estimates and prepare accurate preliminary construction budgets to include subcontractor scopes, bids analysis and final presentation to the Client.

Education and Experience:

C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET Designation
Either hold or are eligible for your Gold Seal certification
Proficiency with MS Office is required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate, both written and oral.
