Helpdesk Technician (1.0 FTE)

Under the direction of the Manager of Information Technology, the Helpdesk Technician is responsible for maintaining the Information Technology Departments ticketing system and providing technical support to board staff and students.

Participate, maintain, and support specific technologies and/or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening document satisfactory to the Board.
