Yard Manager.

The North Transport is looking for an experienced and skilled
Yard Manager who brings a common sense approach and adaptability to ensuring efficiency and introducing continuous improvement.


Duties:


  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work related problems
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign and review work
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Overlook trailer
  • Inventory
  • Inspection of trailers
  • Keep an eye on Drivers schedules
  • Coordinating with mechanics

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
