As we continue to build global presence for our brands, we are in the market for a collaborative and organized Marketing Services Coordinator, who will be the main liaison between the international marketing department and our network of global distributors for our residential and commercial audio business lines.


Responsibilities:


This role is perfect for someone who has exceptional communication skills and can operate at the intersection of project management and marketing strategy.

The position will act as the "voice of the customer" within the international marketing shared services model, collaborating closely to understand, consult, and deliver projects, initiatives, and campaigns that meet stated business objectives.


  • Gain a deep understanding of the marketing needs for the assigned business line or internal client, including product lines and brands, audience insights, market and business climate, sales goals and budgets, channel and communications strategies, stakeholder maps, among other relevant information and context that could affect marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the leaders of the assigned business line or internal client, and with the support of the Channel Marketing Lead (Acting), propose, consult, and execute marketing plans and strategies that utilize and optimize available channels to achieve stated business outcomes.
  • Coordinate projects closely to ensure assigned business line/internal client campaigns and initiatives are properly resourced and expectations for deliverables are clear; maintain and upkeep tasks and deliverables in Wrike, our enterprise project management tool.
  • Quality check that all deliverables meet technical, functional, and business requirements, and manage feedback and approvals process with leaders of assigned business line/internal client.
  • Maintain a constant and open line of communication with leaders of the assigned business line/internal client to manage expectations for timing and quality of deliverables, communicate department changes that might impact their projects, campaigns, or initiatives, helping to educate business line/internal client on department SOPs and marketing best practices as required.
  • Maintain and upkeep databases, libraries, and activity calendars that ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest information and resources.

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing campaign coordination, preferably in an agency setting and in international business contexts
  • Must have initiative to drive projects to completion and be quickthinking and adaptable to accommodate unexpected events that may get in the way of project completion and project goals
  • College or university education in marketing, business, or liberal arts
  • Strong verbal communications skills with a friendly and professional demeanor; nearnative English writing skills desireable
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of project management platforms like MS Project, Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.; some exposure to formal project management principles is a bonus

Salary:
$45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
