RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Canadian human resources function and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's culture and employee wellbeing in a hybrid, post pandemic environment.
Lead and direct routine human resource functions / activities (in conjunction with external providers) including health coverage, vacation, payroll, and assist in the implementation of a group pension plan.
Identify and coordinate recruitment needs of our Montreal and South shore locations and manage the recruitment process. Initiate recruitment initiatives.
Supervise new hire onboarding.
Maintain and monitor Tim Horton's human resource policies to drive continuous improvement.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or college diploma
Fluent in both French and English
24 years' experience in a Human Resources role is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with professional integrity and a positive, proactive attitude
Independent and highly organized in order to keep track of all HR initiatives.
High attention to detail
Proactive in identifying value add initiatives.
Computer proficiency with full MS Office Suite
Polished, energetic, and professional demeanor
