Description
Looking for IMAC/Refresh technician who also has some field service break/fix experience.

Laptop & PC Installs and Refreshes

  • Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
  • May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.
  • Requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Working on imacs and projects and maybe some break fix if tech is avail.
  • Diligent in record keeping, good communication with internal and external customers

Do they need any specific certifications or education

  • A+ cert is mandatory

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • MacOS: 3 years (preferred)
  • PC Refresh: 3 years (preferred)
Field Service: 3 years (preferred)

  • Break/Fix: 3 years (preferred)
  • Network installation: 3 years (preferred)
  • Software troubleshooting: 3 years (preferred)
  • Computer hardware: 3 years (preferred)
  • Computer repair: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
