sanitation, and safety regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 10 education
Cooking Certificate from an approved program or Journeyman Red Seal cooking status
Food Safe Certification
Working knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and textures
Food Handler's Statement
Satisfactory employment record required
