With a proud tradition of being a Canadian, family-owned and managed agri-business, Millstone Crop Services are involved in the Crop Input Business including sales of fertilizer, seed and crop protection products while also sourcing and merchandising all grains including wheat, white beans, soybeans, NGMO soybeans and corn.

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to provide farm customers with agronomic advice and information, as well as providing seed, fertilizer, crop protection products and infield services to maximize grower returns.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Provide informative, timely, guidance to growers through preseason planning and inseason execution.
Manage budgeted sales goals for each aspect of crop input business:
Seed
Fertilizer
Crop Protection Products
Application Services
Manage customer relationships, promoting Millstone as an innovative, dependable cropping partner
Assist growers in marketing their grain through Millstone assets
Perform duties at the location during peak times of the year
Continued education through courses, conferences, seminars and mentoring
Hold CCA-ON or have the willingness to achieve CCA-ON status
Minimum of 3 years' experience in grain or crop input business
Thorough product and agronomy knowledge with experience in consulting is a major asset
Valid Driver's License
