Cedars specializes in the treatment of alcohol and other drug addictions along with various process addictions including, but not limited to, eating disorders and gambling.

We offer a full continuum of recovery-oriented programs designed to provide a framework for achievable, sustainable recovery.

Cedars is located in Cobble Hill, British Columbia situated on 65 acres of forested, private land, which provides a picturesque landscape and tranquil treatment setting.

Vancouver Island is not only renowned for spectacular West Coast scenery, but also features a vast network of recovery communities.


The
Store Administrator will be responsible for the general ordering inventory and upkeep of the small store at the facility.

The store is open for mínimal hours during the day to service the patients needs during there stay.


Essential Functions:

Preparing vendor orders for store inventory on a weekly basis

  • Receiving vendor deliveries, ensuring rotation of stock, and maintaining organization and tidiness of the store
  • Updating lightspeed inventory with deliveries
  • Assisting in monthly inventory count
  • Operation of store 3+ days a week
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team

Qualifications:


  • Inventory management experience (1 year preferred)
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally, and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with the various departments involved in the patient treatment process
  • Ability to collaborate and problem solve with other team members including counseling, medical, administration, and support staff
  • A commitment to creating a positive environment conducive to healing for both patients and staff

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
