You will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems on platforms such as Azure and AWS while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.


How will you support the team?

  • Provide comprehensive support for cloudbased systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various operating environments.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of cloud architectures, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Deploy and configure cloud resources and services, including user access management and permissions.
  • Maintain network connectivity and performance across cloudbased workloads.
  • Manage cloud servers, associated hardware, and services, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of onprem systems along with the Infrastructure Team.
  • Develop and enforce policies for efficient and secure utilization of cloud resources.
  • Implement and oversee disaster recovery and backup solutions in the cloud environment.
  • Evaluate and recommend security enhancements and system upgrades to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct thorough testing of cloud deployments to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, leveraging advanced problemsolving skills.
  • Recognize and escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate support channels and stakeholders.

Qualifications The people who thrive with us have**:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Network/System Administration, with a focus on cloud technologies
  • A familiarity with web services, MS SQL Server, and cloudbased storage solutions
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi
  • A strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery methodologies in cloud environments
  • A familiarity with network security principles and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken, to properly communicate wih all internal and external partners)
  • As a bonus, a certification in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
