Outline:

  • Full time and part time shifts are available
  • Call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am5.30pm
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Previous customer service and/or call centre experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in high stress environment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism

Basic Responsibilities:
- ability to answer all customer questions regarding menus, dietary restrictions, and other general inquiry
- helping clients navigate or troubleshoot website issues
- handling credit card payment for orders placed
- build client relationships and inspire confidence in clients
