In this role you will:

Assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Members to manage their group benefit plans through both written and verbal communication
Communicate with Brokers, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
Maintain turnaround objectives to ensure service standards are met
Help clients with basic questions and guidance with administrative forms
Answer and/or redirect a high volume of telephone calls

For this role you need:

Client oriented skills and an eagerness to work in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask
Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook
Telephone skills
