Key Responsibilities

Interpret data and analyze results.
Develop process improvement strategies by running and analyzing datadriven output and identifying business priorities.
Work closely with a variety of teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and analytical issues on behalf of business users.
Develop and implement data collection strategies that optimize efficiency, data quality and ease of access.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

2year associate degree or bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/business preferred or equivalent work experience.
2 years IT work experience (must have experience with Enterprise Application support).
Ability to conduct training and educating the business stakeholder.
Experience in documenting system issues and resolutions.
Must be user focused and foster good customer relations.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, & organizational skills.
Be able to travel as required.
Be able to work outside the standard work hours as required.
Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
Experience required in the waste industry is preferred.
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
