As a Project Coordinator in the Building team at Pomerleau Construction, you will work closely with the project team to organize all project-related activities. You'll be involved in managing large-scale projects, with budgets ranging from millions to over a billion dollars, offering you the chance to tackle diverse technical challenges and engage with various stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Assist the project team with coordination and project support;
• Leverage your organizational skills by managing, reviewing, and following up on shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents;
• Thoroughly assess, review, and analyze project quotes to ensure the best market prices;
• Organize, participate in, document, and stress the importance of project meetings;
• Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection on the project;
• Apply project-specific safety standards effectively to uphold Pomerleau's HS&E standards, along with relevant OH&S acts, regulations, and codes, among all project employees and trade partners.

This role might suit you if you have

• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering;
• Show initiative and leadership qualities;
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Additional Assets Include:

• Proficiency in both official languages, written and verbal (English and French).
