The Team Member will be stationed at our 1640 Brampton St., Hamilton location and will be responsible for removing both confirming and non-confirming materials from conveyer lines as well as performing general maintenance and housekeeping.

What's Expected:


  • Picking materials in accordance with established quality standards;
  • Clearing material through operation of Skid Steer equipment and other manual tools;
  • Material movement and organization using forklift;
  • General troubleshooting of conveyer and sorting equipment;
  • General housekeeping activates as required;
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Shift Schedule:

Continental shift rotation

  • 7:00AM 7:00PM & 7:00PM 7:00AM
  • 7 shifts over 14 days
  • Every other weekend

Monthly Schedule:

Continental shift rotation:
- (Days) Tuesday, Wednesday
- (Nights) Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- (Days) Thursday, and Friday
- (Nights) Tuesday, Wednesday
- (Days) Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- (Nights) Wednesday and Thursday


You have:


  • Values inline with Triple M Metal's Core Values of Respect, Ethics, Service, Team and Pride;
  • Previous experience in a physically demanding role;
  • Previous experience working at heights;
  • Previous experience operating forklift and skid steer equipment;
  • Physical ability to wear respirator throughout shift.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience operating boom lift.

$22.42 per hour
