Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Keep check of attendance
Prepare attendance reports
Keep track and distribution of stationery items.
Prepare and distribute employee badges
Assist the department with adhoc jobs.

Technical Skills

Proficient in handling multiple phone lines at a time.
