CDI Spaces is looking for an experienced Client Care Coordinator and Installer to join the team Are you great with customer service, love building furniture for projects on time and on budget, and want to work on a dynamic team? Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Install and Deliver furniture.
  • Review incoming loads and determine if manpower needs are met, help offload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and submit claims as needed.
  • Confirm and coordinate products for outgoing loads.
  • Ensure H&S needs are met and replenish goods as required.
  • Ensure an accurate inventory of all stock and give figures to management monthly.
  • Coordinate delivery dates with clients and ensure every delivery is booked and paperwork prepared.
  • Review the schedule and confirm all POD's and Def are filed and processed.
  • Ensure every delivery is booked and paperwork is prepared.
  • Run reports to ensure all products have been received, delivered, or scheduled.
  • Complete deliveries in alignment with the CDI Installations Service Expectations.

Required Experience:


  • High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Diploma preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in scheduling and client care
  • Furniture Installer experience required
  • Class Five Driver's license
  • Excellent in MS Office Suite.
  • Skills in estimation and reading furniture layouts and drawings is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail orientated
