Our company is growing and we are looking for individuals who strive to be part of a team where delivering exceptional customer service is their passion It is a full time
Customer Service Agent position in the Customer Care Department.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests
  • Respond to inquiries about our products, services, the process of purchasing online, and their order status
  • Respond to customer feedback and deliver exceptional after sale service
  • Replace the receptionist as needed

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and French
  • Resourcefulness, creativity and curiosity in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Passion, accountability and leadership in pursuit of customer service excellence
  • Critical thinking skills and a willingness to put yourself in the shoes of the customer (internal and external)
  • Team player, positive attitude and excellent listening skills
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure easily
  • Techsavvy, knowledge of Zendesk and Magento an asset
  • 23 years previous professional experience in office work

Work Schedule:


Multiple positions available for:

  • Fulltime, 5 days a week including 1 day of the weekend, hybrid model
  • 2 weekday shifts available 8:30am5:00pm or 10:00am6:30pm
  • Weekend shift from 8:30am5pm Saturday or Sunday

1 position available for:

  • Fulltime, 5 days a week Monday through Friday in the office 8:30am5:00pm
