Manage a diverse portfolio, including but not limited to e-commerce storefronts and leverage partnering opportunities to further customer objectives.


  • Determine resource requirements and consult with the sponsors on appropriate selection process (assign, recruit, or contract).
  • Lead projects and objectives to achieve goals for the customers and the business unit.
  • Help and support with the design and overseeing of the technical implementations.
  • Manage a diverse project portfolio and leverage partnering opportunities to further customer objectives.
  • Lead and manage a small team.
  • Assess multiple partners needs and balance them against one another and then propose a course of action.
  • Prepare and present findings to a variety of audiences.
  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate to contractors and consultants. This includes preparation of contract documents and request for proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Manage project integration including project plan development, project plan execution, overall change control, integration, alignment and project cost management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management or related plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Any of the following will be considered preferred assets.
  • Experience in ecommerce related projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Knowledge of online payment technologies (ie. Moneris).
  • Experience with Open Text Content Server.
  • Organizational fit with welldeveloped discretion, diplomacy, and relationship building skills are essential to this position.
  • A strong awareness of cost benefit balance, with a demonstrated selfmotivation to manage work within timelines and budget is required.

  • Compensation: Level E $80,640 $121,760 per annum
  • Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week earning 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
