Western Star Café Team Member


SUMMARY:

We are a full-service heavy-duty truck dealership, offering new truck sales, parts, service, and body shop work.

What started out as a family-owned and operated business all the way back in 1987 has now grown to a group of companies with dealerships with 3 main cities in Northern Alberta.

Café Hours of operation/Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily food planning, preparation, and cooking
  • Take customer orders.
  • Serving customers
  • Packing takeout orders
  • Unloading and stocking groceries.
  • Cleaning of kitchen, eating area and kitchen equipment
  • Daily cash outs

QUALIFICATION &

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2 Years' Experience in Hospitality or Restaurant Industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Be Professional and deliver Excellent Customer Service
  • Able to operate various Kitchen appliances/equipment.
  • Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
  • Able to Stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a Fast-Paced environment.
  • Ability to follow safety rules.
  • Understanding of food safe practices.
