Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Level II Dental Assistant to join our team at York Orthodontics.

Our practice is dedicated to providing top-quality orthodontic care to our patients, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the orthodotist and hygienist during orthodontic procedures
  • Taking and developing dental radiographs, scan of teeth and photographs
  • Sterilizing and preparing instruments and materials
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicating effectively with patients and staff. Helping the admin staff on downtime.
  • Following all Public Health and HIPAA regulations
  • Providing patient education and postoperative instructions

Requirements:


  • Level II Dental Assistant certification
  • Experience working in an orthodontic practice is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and one Saturday per month
  • Thursday and Fridays at the North York location

Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
