Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.


As an Ordering Analyst, you will play a vital role in the operations of our company by proofreading all system orders.

We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager/department head to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
  • Order products for all of our territory of Southern Ontario.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of data entry experience (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce software (required)
  • College degree
  • 2 years of proofreading experience
  • Salesforce experience

Compensation and Benefits:

- $45,000-55,000/annual

Schedule:


  • Onsite in our Mississauga office
  • Monday-Friday; 8:30am4:30pm

Pay:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
