Description
Primary Responsibilities/Duties

  • Scheduling and coordinating staff; as well as constant maintaining and checking of schedules
  • Working closely with the owner and staff to maximize workflow and make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • Ensure deadlines are consistently being met

Qualifications:


  • 2 years experience in an administrative position, restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills including Excel and Word
  • Experienced in scheduling and consistent in meeting deadlines
  • Abie to work in fastpaced work environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Team player
  • Energetic and driven by a "no task is too small" attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
