Cardel is also excited to announce our newest community in the south end, IronwoodAs a Warranty Inspector, you are responsible to conduct inspections for pre-delivery and post
- delivery warranty work and support Construction & Warranty to ensure home deficiencies are corrected.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections of all finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, and internal and customerspecific guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation within required time frame.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of the company's products, processes, and systems.
- Adhere to all safety standards and policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with post possession homeowner concerns and provide assistance.
- Attend emergency inspection requests, determine repair detail, provide assessment to Warranty department.
- Manage and schedule predelivery inspection (PDI) processes with homeowners.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ontario Building Codes
- Tarion Warranty knowledge
- Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act
- Construction knowledge building technology, processes, and building materials
