As a Warranty Inspector, you are responsible to conduct inspections for pre-delivery and post
- delivery warranty work and support Construction & Warranty to ensure home deficiencies are corrected.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform quality control inspections of all finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, and internal and customerspecific guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation within required time frame.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of the company's products, processes, and systems.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist with post possession homeowner concerns and provide assistance.
  • Attend emergency inspection requests, determine repair detail, provide assessment to Warranty department.
  • Manage and schedule predelivery inspection (PDI) processes with homeowners.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ontario Building Codes
  • Tarion Warranty knowledge
  • Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act
  • Construction knowledge building technology, processes, and building materials
