We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Design Studio Coordinator to join our team.

As a
Design Studio Coordinator, you are responsible for providing coordination and support for all centralized design administration requirements for the homebuilding group.

The
Design Studio Coordinator contributes to the best-in-class customer experience for every Caivan homeowner.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain scheduling and appointment calendars for all required appointments for customers.
  • Order, maintain and install Design Studio signage program and marketing collateral/materials as required.
  • Host Design Studio open house hours, walking customers through the Studio and explaining the available options.
  • Ensure Design Studios are properly maintained.
  • Maintain labelling and organization of samples in the Design Studios as required.
  • Assist with reselections for backordered and/or discontinued products as required.
  • Load finalized customer documents to company internal platforms, as required.
  • Prepare and circulate various Design reports.
  • Assist with all administrative work in the Design Studio, including market research, administrative functions, customer service, etc. as required.
  • Liaise with Sales & Marketing, Service & Quality and Construction departments on a continuous and consistent basis.
  • Provide general administration duties, as required.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts and projects at once.
  • Strong communication skills to enhance our customer's experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driver's license with access to vehicle and willingness to travel.
