Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team.

As a counter clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Your primary responsibility will be taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
Maintain a clean and organized counter area, including condiments, napkins, and utensils.
Monitor and manage the availability of food items, restocking as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from a manager when necessary.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
